InterProm USA Corporation, is a vendor neutral ITSM consulting and training firm. The business relationship between InterProm USA and Simagine started in the mid-90s. Through simulations, InterProm USA complements its service portfolio to establish Service Management awareness, increase the understanding of process improvements, build momentum around ITSM adoption efforts, and enable smoother transitions towards becoming a more process-oriented organization. The ease of tailoring Simagine’s simulations to our specific customer’s needs is what increases the value of this line of service offering the most.
InterProm USA was actively involved in the first ITIL adoption project in the US, which took place in Houston in the mid-90s. Ever since, InterProm USA has helped more than 500 US companies and organizations of all sizes to benefit from ITIL in various ways, ranging from ITIL certification training courses, ITIL consulting and coaching, and ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27002 certification training courses, assessments and implementations. InterProm USA was the first accredited training firm in the US offering the full ISO/IEC 20000 certification scheme. |
